The Committee maintains a sub-market yard at Kurkheda, situated on a plot of land measuring 0.51 hectares that is under the Committee's sole ownership. Daily auctions are conducted at this location. For the purpose of grain storage by farmers, a total of three warehouses—comprising one 1,000-metric-ton facility established under the RKVY scheme, and two additional facilities (of 200 and 250 metric tons, respectively) constructed using the Market Committee's own funds—have been made available.
